After working for renowned MNCs, I took the leap into entrepreneurship. With Hertha Nest, a brand that began in April 2023, I often reflect on my journey as a trainer in the past. Working for well-known MNCs like Amway, Hindustan Unilever, and esteemed organizations such as Modicare, Wonderchef, and more for nearly 30 years provided me with invaluable experiences. These roles gave me the opportunity to learn communication, public speaking, and the confidence to address large audiences.

Becoming an entrepreneur was always on my vision board, and in 2023, that vision became a reality. The journey remains challenging and daunting, but it also brings me joy and keeps me motivated because this enterprise has always been my dream and passion.
